DreamDonuts is a conceptual mobile ordering experience designed to explore intuitive food ordering flows, playful visual design, and usability-focused interaction patterns within a modern commerce experience.
The project focused on simplifying customization, improving navigation clarity, and creating a visually engaging ordering flow optimized for desktop or tablet users.

Simplifying mobile food ordering
The goal of the project was creating an ordering experience that felt visually engaging while remaining quick and intuitive to navigate.
A major focus was reducing friction during product customization and helping users move through the ordering flow with clarity and confidence.

Improving ordering clarity
Early usability testing revealed friction within the customization flow and highlighted moments where users hesitated during navigation.
Based on testing feedback, the ordering experience was refined to improve screen hierarchy, simplify decision-making, and create a more seamless checkout journey.
Designing for personality and delight
The visual direction combined playful branding, bold color choices, and modern UI patterns to create an experience that felt memorable without compromising usability.
The goal was balancing expressive visuals with a clean and structured mobile interface.

Bringing the experience to life
Interactive prototyping played a key role in testing navigation patterns, transitions, and ordering interactions throughout the experience.
The prototype helped validate usability decisions while creating a more realistic representation of the final product flow.
